Skills and Experiences  
Margie has extensive experience as a Leader and Manager. She is currently a Senior Manager with Top End Health Services and has held several other managerial roles previously. As the Chairperson of FORWAARD Aboriginal Corporation Margaret provides, high levels of governance experience and problem solving skills. She is a strategic thinker and has high levels of leadership proficiency  
 
Why a Director of FORWAARD
Margie has often stated that she would like to “do herself out of this position” by having all traces of substance misuse erased. However until that day she is committed to providing support to the FORWAARD team with an aim of improving the health and wellbeing of any person who generally is seeking support from the FORWAARD team, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
